c6 doens't have a bottle

the cobra had a slipping belt... among other things that weren't done right to the car when built by a local shop.

If you have a stock vette with Spray,, Then if I was the guy in the Cobra I would drive my shit in the creek after all the money he has in his & got beat by a C6 with just spray

The vette is all motor. The guy with the cobra supposedly was having issues with belt slip. I'll race the vette if he's interested. My belt doesn't slip and I make 30hp less then that other cobra, and I'm 200lbs heavier.

The owner did a lingerfilter package i believe, from 21st century muscle. Heads,cams, full exhaust and a tune here is his dyno.

from what i hear, a member with a supposedly 9sec import, that wont show it, or its not ready to race, has been going after him through threads, the vette owner had a turbo nissan 350z before the vette, i guess they had a rivalry. The vette owner gives the guy alot of shit becuase he wont show his car, and says he is the fastest in dallas and doesnt have a car here.
Joey, the owner of the C6 had that car built in less than a month it still had paper tags, and its a autocross car. He was going to go with a APS turbo kit, but wanted to autocross this car. The hater that was getting in all of joeys threads set up a race, with him and the stang. That same night joey got in a fight with his GF and was up at 3am wanting to run his car to take out some aggression i guess, he was called out on dallasimports, he was text messaged about the run 10 minutes after the thread was posted, and replied with a "lets race now" not thinging they would run.

IMO you call out like that, your car better be running, joey showed up there with no knowledge of the car, or anything, the guy was sick of people knocking his car, and decided and get it over with, theres another vid before the race saying "im gonna get smoked, but at least i got the guts to run",. Really the vette guy and the stang guy had no ties, and from what i hear got along after the race, everything was cool. Funny how the web is...

BTW

the street fire video was recorded from the stang owners car, the night vision was with joeys digi-cam, as soon as they joey was posting it, and as soon as it was posted the excuses started...and another video was made.

for the most part I hate vette owners, most them I've known are pricks, but you seem pretty cool.

We use to have a corvette rally in my home town every year and every one always said they would rather have the bike rally there for a month than the vette's for a week.

I can certainly see why, the ones who would do the rally are probably more of the stereotypical owners, if you will. But some of the vette owner generalizations are shaky at best. Don't get me wrong, there is a fair share of pricks out there. I just don't know many, probably b/c I choose to not know the pricks.

I've known a couple of pretty decent Vette owners, but a good percentage of them are felchers that can't quit running their cum dumpsters about their car...like it's God's gift to autos or something. I love the cars, dislike the small peckered owners (most of 'em).
